  2. Finding the God you’re looking for A God who says ‘what you do matters’ and ‘you matter’ He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to endEcclesiastes 3v11

  3. Finding the God you’re looking for A God who says ‘what you do matters’ and ‘you matter’ seeing & loving The God we are looking for sees me and all I do, And loves me just for who I am

  4. Finding the God you’re looking for A God who says ‘what you do matters’ but can forgive my past seeing & loving fair & forgiving ‘The son of man did not come to be served but to serve, and give his life as a ransom.’ Mark 10v45 The Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all Isaiah 53v6,

  5. Finding the God you’re looking for A God who forgives my past and gives me a future passion & purpose seeing & loving fair & forgiving ‘I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.’ Jesus in John 10v10 ‘A God who loves me as I am, but wont leave me as I am’

  6. Finding the God you’re looking for So how can I find a God like this? Ask! Go to the gospels! Alpha! ‘I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.’ Ephesians 1v17 for in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form Colossians 3v9

  7. Finding the God you’re looking for Seek the Lord while he may be found, call on him while he is near Isaiah 55v5 The LORD is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, 2 Chronicles 15v2 ‘he got up and went to his father, but while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.’ Jesus in Luke 15v20
