The course is designed by HCL to mainly focus on 12 months long employment- based training for students who have just completed 12th. During the training, trainees receive a fixed stipend and technology-specific certificates that establish their acumen for a particular job profile. HCL has collaborated with BITS Pilani and SASTRA University for integrated BCA/MCA or work-integrated B.Sc & M.Sc/M.Tech.
