  3. 1. LBG Aalborg achievements Active members grew from 1 to 7 500 x promotion posters in A4/A3 LBG meetings: 3 in less than 1 month University has guaranteed to fund all travel

  4. 2. Winter course: BESTespresso Secured 4.000 EUR in finances for course Secured Accomodation, necessary facilities. 4 professors and 2 companies confirmed. 120 applicants, 34 chosen, 23 on wait list, in addition that we expect 5-7 co-organizers

  6. 3. Goals before 2009 • Sustaining a number of 8 active members • Find a Nurse and have a meeting together. • Motivation weekend for all new babies  • EUR 4.000 fundraised to be able to invest • Meet/talk with DK energy companies (2)

  7. 4. Current activities People get a ”live demonstration” of BEST. Interviews this week. Interviews next week. Board will go train with LBG Copenhagen. Complete website make-over of all content. Ongoing e-mails/talks with RA, Board, LBGs

  8. 5. In conclusion Our new member base acknowledge LBG Aalborg has been given chances in the past. We announced a top academic course. Promises have been given to stakeholders. LBG Aalborg takes our responsibility quite seriously. We believe we can do this. What if after the course we don’ t have 8 active members and a well executed course?
