Forum Review of Fuel Poverty • Area based approach to programme • Local authorities play a central role in delivery • One stop shop for advice • An offer is available for all households • Ensuring assistance is in place for fuel poor households outside if programme areas • Ensuring that fuel poverty measures tie-in closely with other anti-poverty measures • Ensuring that delivery model facilitates the effective draw down of ECO
Fuel Poverty and Energy Efficiency Funding *Still to be determined. The Forum assumes the ESSAC/Home Energy Scotland hotline to provide continued support. **ECO funding for 2013/14 and 2014/15 is based on pro rata funding at 9% of estimated GB total.
