Starting a nonprofit IT’S BORING
This man swindled hundreds of dollars from us and used us as pawns in a power struggle in which he became mayor of his home village. The trip ended with accusations that we were aligned with Satan and a fistfight with our founder. We fell in love with the place and decided to settle in for the long haul!

Things you need to get started • Willingness to ask people for money • Willingness to ask people to work for free • Know how to motivate people to work without getting paid • Know how to use the “cloud” and the global network to your benefit
