Keystone Exam Keystone Biology Exam Requirement: Passing the Biology Keystone exam is a graduation component of any Pennsylvania public school. Students who do not score proficient on the Keystone Biology Exam will have to retake the exam before they graduate and take either a “Biology Graduation Remediation Course” in lieu of study hall or electives the following school year. If a proficient score is not secured by your senior year, students will have to enroll in a remediation course and must complete a very labor intensive project in order to graduate.
