Walking and Working Surfaces • Principal concern is slips, trips and falls • Survey condition of floors, floor holes, openings, stairs, ladders and platforms • Safe aisle clearance, no blockage • Platforms guarded by a standard railing (4’) • Ladders, stairs in good condition
