  2. Item Search / Inquiry The Item Inquiry segment of QSEARCH is significantly improved (included only in I/ODMASPlus! ) • One of two main elements in QSEARCH • Also available within • Billing order entry • Item User Friendly Maintenance 2

Item Search / Inquiry Item Inquiry. . . • Now including a powerful, integrated searching facility • Same search facility as integrated into Item User Friendly Maintenance • Provides the ability to search the contents of 48 item master fields either individually or in combination with each other • Once the desired item is found, with an option: • Enter directly into standard DMAS item inquiry for the specific item (including all standard DMAS item inquiry screens) • Or, browse via any one of the item maintenance screens • Or, inquire into any one of the item related files: • Item Balance (warehouse) file • Vendor Item file • Item Features & Options (if installed) • Manufactured Item file (if installed) • Item Relationship file • Item Cross-Reference file 3

  4. Item Search / Inquiry Item Inquiry. . . • Built on the new “work with” architecture • Initial screen displays a list of existing items (if any) • Five alternate views provide the ability to review common item data without leaving the list screen 4

Item Search / Inquiry Item Inquiry. . . • Various options available for browsing a specific item • Use standard DMAS Item Inquiry, starting with the first screen • Use any of the five new options to browse via the new item maintenance screens (an page up or down) • Five options to go directly to any one of the item related files • Option 1 – DMAS Item Inquiry • Option W – I/O Item Balance (warehouse) records • Option V – I/O Vendor Item records • Option F – I/O Item Features & Options (if enhancement installed) • Option M – I/O Manufactured Items (if enhancement installed) • Option R – DMAS Item Relationships • Option X – I/O Item Cross Reference • Plus option to view and/or change item notes • Function keys available to • View alternate views • Turn “show all pages” on or off • Display all search and selection entry fields across only 2 screens • Go to the legacy DMAS item search function 5
