TEHNIK LARI ESTAFET • Pelari pertama menggunakan tehnik strat jongkok • Dan pelari kedua, ketiga, dan keempat menggunakan • Start berdiri. • Tehnik penyerahan tongkat ada 2 macam : • Cara visual : menerima tongkat dengan cara • Melihat tongkat yang diserahkan. • b. Cara non visual : menerima tongkat dengan • Tidak melihat tongkat yang diserahkan. • Macam jarak lari estafet yaitu : 4 x 100 m, • 4 x 200 m, dan 4 x 400 m. MATERI PENGERTIAN TEHNIK

  5. Pengertian MATERI Lari Estafet atau disebut juga dengan lari sambung adalah lari yang Dilakukan oleh empat orang secara bergantian dengan menyerahkan Tongkat dari pelari pertama ke pelari berikutnya. PENGERTIAN TEHNIK
