Extractions * The amniotic fluid extractions are always used for rapid aneuploidy screening and achondroplasia. This will reduce the price BUT unsure of service contract costs.
Conclusions • Much more than just the test • Difficult to account for everything • Have to estimate e.g. • Did not include; • Service contracts for hoods, pipettes, EZ1 • Software costs e.g. SHIRE/StarLIMS, Mutation surveyor • Replacement costs
