Who we are Our aim is simple... ...to accelerate economic growth by stimulating and supporting business-led innovation We are the UK’s innovation agency - a national body set up by government We have about 230 staff – with a combined 2,000 years’ business experience We are responsible for investing over £440m each year in UK innovation We are supporting 5,000 businesses and work with 150 research groups We work across business, universities and government
