Activity 1 : Inserting New Slide Presentation Inserting new slide presentation
A new slide will appear and from content layout on the right, select Title and Text layout. • Your new slide now will be like this Title and Text layout
Inserting and Editing Text • Click to Click to add title and type the word Myself. • Next, click to Click to add text and type; • My Favourite Things, then press Enter • My Family, and press Enter • My School. • You may edit the Font type, size and colour as you like. An example is shown below.

Insert Custom Animation • Click Slide Show on the Menu bar and select Custom Animation. Activity 2 : Adding Effect

Click on the word Myselfthen click Add Effect on the task pane. Click word MYSELF
Select Entrance from the drop down menu and select any effects such as Checkerboard, Fly In and others. Add effect task pane
You may modify the effects; start, the speed and direction by clicking the drop down buttons as shown below. Modify effect ;start Modify direction Modify speed
Applying Slide Design Activity 3 : Step 1 : From the Menu bar click Format and select Slide Design. Click Format Select slide design Menu bar
Step 2 : Select any slide design template that you like from the task pane. Slide Design template button Slide design template task pane
Step 3 : From the drop down menu, select Apply to Selected Slides. If you want all the slides to have the same design, click Apply to All Slides. Slide design drop menu

Activity 4: Using Hyperlink 1. Name of Module: Inserting Hyperlink 2. Objective : The students should be able to: a. open an existing file b. insert hyperlink • slide to slide using teks/button • slide to another file using teks/button • slide to web pages using teks/button
Inserting Hyperlink From Slide to Slide using teks/button Step 1 : Open an existing file Myself in My Document. Step 2 : Move to Slide 2, entitled Myself.
Step 3 : • Highlight the phrase My Favourite Things. • From the Menu bar, click Insert and select Hyperlink from the drop down menu. Highlight the phrase Click hyperlink
Step 4 : The Insert Hyperlink dialog box will appear. Click to Place in This Document Insert Hyperlink dialog box
Then click OK. • Then click OK. Step 5 : Select Slide 3 from the Slide Titles as shown Step 6 : Then Click “OK” Slides titles
Activity 5 : Action Button • From the menu bar, click Slide Show. • From the drop down menu, select Action Buttons and choose Action button: Home Slide show menu bar

Inserting Hyperlink From Slide to another file using teks/button STEP 1 : Open an existing file Myselfin My Document. STEP 2 : Move to Slide3, entitled My Favourite Things. .
STEP 3 : Highlight the word Poem. From the menu bar, click Insert and select Hyperlink from the drop down menu.
STEP 4 The Insert Hyperlink dialog box will appear. Select file named poem.doc from My Document and click OK. Click poem

Inserting Hyperlink From Slide to Web using teks/button STEP 1 : Open an existing file Myselfin My Document. STEP 2 : Move to Slide3, entitled My Favourite Things. .
STEP 3 : Highlight the word Place to Visit. From the menu bar, click Insert and select Hyperlink from the drop down menu. Right click mouse button to insert hyperlink
Step 4 : The Insert Hyperlink dialog box will appear. In the address box, type http://planet.time.net. my/CentralMarket/Melaka/101or any webpage address that you want. Then, click OK. Type web address
Save your presentation • Run your presentation • Slide Show button Slide show button • End the slide show and exit
