  2. Introduction • It doesn’t apear information of who exactly creates the chocolate bar, but the first chocolate bar was sold in 1910 by the Ganong Brothers Company in Canada.

  3. ProductionProcess • First the cocoa beans ARE EXTRACTED. • The beans ARE DEPOSITED in a big container for the mixture. • Next the chocolate IS MIXED with a machine with all the other ingredients. • The chocolate IS MOLDED once it HASENTERED to a warming process.

  4. 5.The next step the chocolate IS MOLDED meen while is hot. 6.Finally the chocolate IS COOLED andready to put it in the envelope.

  5. Conclusion: Finally we can say that the chocolate bar is very common in our diet, specially on winter time. The Chocolate doesn’t contaminate, but some of the envelopes do.
