Production Process • First the cocoa beans ARE EXTRACTED. • The beans ARE DEPOSITED in a big container for the mixture. • Next the chocolate IS MIXED with a machine with all the other ingredients. • Then the chocolate enter to a warming process so then IS GOING to be easer to mold.
5.The next step the chocolate IS MOLDED meen while is hot. 6. Finally the chocolate IS COOLED and ready to put it in the envelope.
Conclusion Finally we can say that the chocolate bar is very common in our diet, specially on winter time. The Chocolate doesn’t contaminate, but some of the envelopes do.
