  3. QR Codes….What?! • QR- Quick Response Code • Basically like a barcode, but it will link you to content that the creator chose. This QR code works! Try it! ➠➠➠

  4. How do we use them in the class? • QR code dictionaries • QR code Scavenger Hunts • QR code homework helpers • QR code station/center instructions (sub plans)

  6. Time to play!! • *Pick a color card to follow, scan the QR code, complete the problem, then find the answer on the next card to scan.*

  7. Time to share • What ideas do you have for QR codes in your classrooms?

  8. Aurasma….Huh? • A free Augmented Reality app. • A way to make your pictures come to life!

  9. How do we use this in the classroom? • Student examples • Class library- activate vocab, background knowledge, etc. • Center/Station instructions • Open house- students explaining their work

  10. How do I make an Aura? • Follow along with demonstration • YOU MUST VIDEO FIRST, then take the trigger image

  11. Make your own!! • Find a partner, make an Aura! • use books, pictures, anything you can find
