Insight • Working Migrants in a new city struggle to keep a good balance between work and settling in a new home. • Migrants are unable to get the best services since they are unable to find local help readily. • There are a lot of services already that give list of existing resources, but no one is accountable to them.

  7. Our Service Concept • What is the service? We curate a list of the various basic service providers in a “kit” and provide it to the migrants through various reliable sources like local telecom stores, grocery stores,etc. • Who is the user? Working Migrants who are new to the city and planning to stay for few months/years. • How do we reach the user? Users reach us through the Kit, Phone calls, Mobile app, Website. • How to facilitate the work for the user? If users are not satisfied with the service provided they register the complaints and it is tracked till closure
