  2. Fitness regimes have taken a new perspective. Earlier people exercised only to lose weight but now they are more into overall physical fitness. However, no matter what the purpose, people often lose steam after starting their fitness routines. Here are some tips that can help you reach your fitness goals: • Building muscles is part of the routine: often women dread lifting weights thinking that it would lead to building their muscles, which they certainly not want. However, lifting weight for proper body reshaping is important as this would help in building lean muscle. You can also reshape your body by resistance training which could be thrice a week. You can consume protein to keep the muscle built.

  3. Plan and follow it: it is very necessary that you make a plan and follow it religiously. Making a resolution and not following it will not help you in any way. Therefore, you should not only make an exercise plan but also keep it at all costs. • Set a purpose or goal: When you plan your exercise routine, set a purpose or goal for it. A plan without a motivating factor will not let you exercise for long. Somewhere down the line, you will be de-motivated and you will discontinue your routine. The purpose of exercising could be losing certain pounds of weight, increasing your stamina, building muscles or any other such goal.

  4. More fluid intake: your body loses fluids when you exercise. Therefore, if you are exercising more, you lose more fluid. It is essential that you keep hydrating your body when exercising. A great combination of drinks that can help you is that of water and coconut water as the former will hydrate the body while the latter contains electrolytes. • Curb your cravings: if you are craving to consume anything, drink a glass of water. This will not only curb your cravings but will make you feel fuller and you will not like to eat anything for the time being. • Enjoy: The best thing to do when exercising is to enjoy your fitness routine. If you are enjoying exercising, you are likely to get better results and that too faster.
