Strategic Project to Steer Discussion • Main objectives • Develop cornerstones of strategic actions (strategic options) • Highlight the value that would be added to the development of the territory • Identify core development topics, create a common picture of major development challenges • Contribute to answering the question of an appropriate geographical level • Prepare the ground for a broad discussion on strategies, topics and governance • Bring European policy (esp. EU2020) to the ground
