How does NGEN work? • National Guard Employment Network • Paid for through Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN) and Corporate America Supports You (CASY) • Job Seekers • Create a profile & upload resume • Get access to worldwide job board with over 76,000 PA jobs • Contacted by a career counselor • Update resume • Begin connecting with employers and applying for jobs on NGEN • Employers • Create a profile • Contacted by an employer specialist • Upload jobs
