  1. Trend Data Calculator • March 31, 2005

  2. CRT Trend Data • Locate the "Spring Criterion-Referenced Test School/District Achievement Level Report" for ELA and Mathematics and for Science and Social Studies.

  3. CRT Trend Data • Locate the Total column which indicates the number of students that score at each achievement level (for GEE use Initial Testers Only)

  4. CRT Trend Data • Click on the worksheet labeled CRT Data • In the white cells, enter the number of students that scored at each level for each subject in each grade (for GEE use Initial Testers Only).

  5. CRT Trend Data • Click the CRT Table worksheet tab to display the CRT trend data • The CRT Indexes and number of testers will appear on the worksheet labeled CRT Table.

  6. CRT Trend Data • Enter the Testing Year in order to calculate the Index Objectives • The index objectives will not be calculated without entering the testing year

  7. NRT Trend Data • Locate the "School Performance Profile" for all grades that took the Spring Iowa tests.

  8. NRT Trend Data • Locate the Average Standard Score (SS) and the number of students tested (N) for each subtest in each grade.

  9. NRT Trend Data • Click on the worksheet labeled NRT Data and Table

  10. NRT Trend Data • Enter the Average Standard Scores (SS) and the number of students tested (N) for each subtest in each grade into the white cells in the tables

  11. NRT Trend Data • The NRT Indexes will appear on the worksheet

  12. NRT Trend Data • Enter the Testing Year in order to calculate the Index Objectives. • The index objectives will not be calculated without entering the testing year

  13. Subgroup %Proficient Trend Data • Click on the worksheet labeled Subgroup %Proficient

  14. Subgroup %Proficient Trend DataAll Subgroups except Economically Disadvantaged (ED) • Locate the "Spring Criterion-Referenced Test School Subgroup/Education Classification Report" for ELA and Mathematics for all grades that took the Spring LEAP/GEE tests (for GEE use Initial Testers Only data)

  15. Subgroup %Proficient Trend DataAll Subgroups except Economically Disadvantaged (ED) • Locate the Percent Advanced, Mastery and Basic for and number for each Subgroup

  16. Subgroup %Proficient Trend DataAll Subgroups except Economically Disadvantaged (ED) • Enter the percent of students scoring Advanced, Mastery, and Basic and the total number of students for each subgroup in each grade in the white cells

  17. Subgroup %Proficient Trend DataEconomically Disadvantaged (ED) • Locate the "Spring Criterion-Referenced Test School Lunch Report" for all grades that took the Spring LEAP/GEE tests (for GEE use Initial Testers Only data) in ELA and Mathematics.

  18. Subgroup %Proficient Trend DataEconomically Disadvantaged (ED) • Locate the Percent Advanced, Mastery and Basic for ED Subgroup • For the ED subgroup use the percents in the Total, Yes column at the far right of the Lunch Report table

  19. Subgroup %Proficient Trend DataEconomically Disadvantaged (ED) • Enter the percent of students scoring Advanced, Mastery, and Basic and the total number of students for Economically Disadvantaged (ED) subgroup in each grade in the white cells

  20. Subgroup %Proficient Trend Data • The Percent Proficiencies and Proficiency Objectives will appear on the worksheet.
