  3. Bill of Material (BOM) • BOM 物料清单 • BOM指产品所需零部件明细表及其结构，是计算机可以识别的产品结构数据文件，又称为产品结构表或产品结构树。

  4. A Example of BOM • 在 SAP R/3中BOMs 是单层的( single level) • BOM 中的组成部件(Items)还可以有其自己的 BOM，以此形成产品多层结构的计算机记录形式

  5. BOM Structure • 注意：Subitem 一般是对Item的详细描述，不能被展开成另一个BOM，也没有任何控制功能 生产批量

  6. Multiple BOM－One Product

  7. Item Categories （L）有库存的部件 （N）无库存的部件 （R）可变尺寸的部件. 如:一定尺寸的钢板 （D）文档型的部件. 如: 部件图纸

  8. BOM的时效性

  9. BOM的有效范围 • Group BOM (没有plant号) • Plant-special BOM (有plant号)
