National Association of Traveller Teachers- Consortia and supported by the DCSF • National Planning Committee • Regional Forums- Planning – sharing good information- partnerships with Travellers and schools and libraries • Community involvement- Guidance booklet and training- community database- grants for Traveller projects • Magazine and publicity • Launch in Parliament 1st June and key event at Appleby

Celebrating Gypsy, Roma and Traveller History Month’ • Heritage Lottery Grant • Pavee Ceilidh- London (12th June) Manchester (30th June) • Focused heritage activities that centre on oral history and training in arts and crafts (Travellers will interview Travellers for the oral history) • A specific website that features collected material and activities- sections of film and audio recording to be accessible • A DVD on Traveller history and culture with related learning material
