Meeting with Wildland • Meeting set with exec director Karen Gray • March 13th • Wildland owns 28 acres in Pickerel Cove • Could connect two projects together.
Update • Site Visit 3/28 • Wildland Trust board meeting 4/29 • Two options • Pay for clean up est. $50000 • Transfer of deed est. $?
Two options possible • Option one, WT would own lot we pay to update/clean/ enhance area. • Pitch in for maintenance • No say over who uses it • Option two • Transfer deed to Ponds Rec committee WT holds conservatory We have sole responsibly to maintain/ legal and/or taxes? We can restrict entrance for use
