Clients served include Coca-Cola Enterprises, Cbeyond, and Mizuno USA. • Prior to rejoining the Southeast Area in April 2011, Tom was seconded to our Brussels, Belgium office where he spent 18 months serving a large multi-national client, which included field visits at BPO facilities in Krakow, Poland and Chennai, India. • Tom’s experience includes financial statement auditing, consultations regarding Sarbanes Oxley Act Section 404, periodic filings, registration statements, technical consultations and coordinating services related to major transactions including mergers, acquisitions, secondary offerings and debt offerings. • Tom is highly proficient with key technical areas, including GAAP, GAAS, international accounting standards, SEC regulations, PCAOB matters, and the Sarbanes Oxley Act. • Education and certifications • Tom has a B.S. and Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida • He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Georgia
