WHAT’S THE PURPOSE OF MAKING AN AIRZOOKA ? BY MAKING AIRZOOKA,EXPERIENCE REAL TURBULENCE
WHAT’S TURBULENCE ? TURBULENCE IS DEFINED AS AN EDDY-LIKE STATE OF FLUID MOTION WHERE THE INERTIAL VORTEX FORCES OF THE EDDIES ARE LARGER THAN ANY OTHER FORCES THAT THAT TEND TO DAMP THE EDDIES OUT.
AIRZOOKA FIVE ? ? YOU WILL MEET TWO MORE SECRET GUNS IN CLASS HAHA ;)
COMMON COMPONENTS Tube Front Spring Plastic bag Handle
PLUMBINGZOOKA BY SEUNG HYO LEE Uses super strong springs and a plumbing tube
BUCKETZOOKA BY MINJEA LEE Using a bucket, generates mega turbulence
TURBOGUN BY SEUNGMIN GO Brush handle, user friendly gun
ACEZOOKA BY HYUNG JIN O Fun, yet powerful ?
PING-PONG-ZOOKA BY YOUNG JIN KIM Extra fun with a ping pong ball
Airzookafluid mechanics • Vorticity is produced in the nozzle boundary layer by viscous stresses • The boundary layer grows by vorticity diffusion until it reaches the Kolmogorov scale (ν3/ε)1/4 where inertial vortex forces produce turbulence • An airball is produced by spin rate Ω stabilized turbulent boundary layers rolling up like a wingtip vortex • Vortex breakdown occurs when (ε/Ω3)1/2 exceeds the size of the airball
