Employee substance abuse may decrease productivity and contribute to absenteeism, accidents, injuries, death or violence in the workplace
A workplace that tolerates or ignores employee substance abuse problems does not reflect the interests of the vast majority of employees who do not abuse substances or who are in recovery.
