WAAS00116829 • BRE GUST Faulted @ 14:53 with SE 131 ("L1 Control Lock Loop Fault"). Around 80 minutes earlier the Receiver lost lock on the L1 GEO downlink, which had been degrading over the previous 5 hours. It eventually got down to a C/No of 45 dB (normal is 60-62 dB), at which point the RX lost lock. This correlated with bad winter weather at Brewster - freezing rain and heavy sleet, and temperatures around freezing. • 02/16/2010 This anomaly will be tracked after the L-band feed weep holes have been fixed. Move action date till next winter.
