  1. 2 Reason Why Huddersfield is a Great City Huddersfield is a large historical market town with a surprising mix of old and new. It is located in the metropolitan borough of Kirklees in West Yorkshire, England and is now home to an interesting, multicultural population and represents the best that British towns have to offer. From the striking views of Emley Moor to the bustle of the town centre to the popular Last Of The Summer Wine landscape in nearby Holmfirth, Huddersfield has so much to offer. The Grade 1 listed train station in St George's Square was described by Sir John Betjeman as 'the most beautiful station façade in England'. Huddersfield can be easily reached from big cities such as Leeds and Manchester. Huddersfield boasts excellent primary and secondary schools along with the world-class University of Huddersfield. The students studying at this university opt to stay in private accommodations like , iQ Castings, iQ Aspley House and iQ Little Aspley House.

  2. There are many reasons which make this city a must-visit one. 1. Cafe and Cocktail The food scene in Huddersfield has always been vibrant but now it's taken on a whole new dimension with diverse and exciting eateries making the town a real foodie’s paradise. Don’t forget to try Eric's in the quiet area of Lindley. Eric Paxman has travelled the world working for chefs like Marco Pierre White at L'Escargot before returning home and setting up his own restaurant. The Bionic Chef at Barncliife Mills in Shelley is also gaining huge popularity for the food it serves. If you are like me who is fond of fish and chips, the Woodhead Road in Holmfirth is definitely worth visiting 2. De-stressing The town is great for de-stressing with the Titanic Spa - the country's first eco-spa in a beautifully restored textile mill in Linthwaite. The place offers a lot of things like beautifully designed apartments for an overnight stay in addition to the spa. Another such place is Alexandra House which is tucked in a quiet corner of the outskirts of town and has been pampering and improving the well-being of stressed locals for over a decade.

  3. These 2 reasons are just the tip of the iceberg which makes this market town worth visiting. Studying coming here and living in accommodations like iQ Aspley House or iQ Little Aspley House get to enjoy both academic and social life. University Living a managed marketplace offers well-built student homes to live in the city.
