Education • 1) His interesting hobbies were art and writing • 2) He went to a private school • 3) He attended Dartmouth college • 4) He finished school • 5) He was a good student • 6) He struggled school
Fame and Career • 1) He wrote kids books and he was famous for his riddles • 2)His father was an influence for writing and drawing • 3) He went to Art school to prepare for his job • 4) He had to take care of his wife Helen Palmer • 5)He had a more positive influence to adults than kids • 6) He won 6 awards and one of the those awards was the pulitzer prize
Interesting Facts • 1) One fact that I found interesting was that he was a more positive influence to moreadults then kids, I found that interesting because I thought that kids would be a more positive influence. Another fact that I found interesting was that he struggled school I found that interesting because I thought since he was a good student he wouldn’t struggle. • 2) One tragic event that was going on during dr.seuss life was World War 2 • 3) Dr.seuss married Helen Palmer Geisel on 11/29/1927 then she died so he married AundreyGeisel on 8/6/1968 • 4) Dr.Seuss job before writing was a political cartoonist
Legacy • 2)Dr.Seuss died of throat cancer on 9/24/1991 • 3) Dr.Seuss death did effect others. Dr.seuss death effected his readers and family.
Purpose • 1) I chose Dr.Seuss because I wonted to research someone that I didn’t know about. Plus I wonted to find out what he was famous for.
