Sharing PLC Work • Creating a Moodle repository of assessments teachers can refer back to at the unit level. • Working toward getting something for every unit in each core subject area • Each PLC needs to upload one Unit containing formative and summative assessments. • Similar to what was done for ECAs and Common Core. • Look for more information on the Moodle in the upcoming newsletters
Syllabi Form is Changing! • Middle school core courses have already been transferred • High School core courses will be transferred during this school year • Course approval form has been changed: • Form can be found on the Center website • More information can be found in the Science Newsletter
2013 Science MCA III Data • Available as of August 27th • Data now is broken down to the question level for each school. • Jim and Dawn are presenting session for more detail • More MCA III data workshops during the year. • The Science team will disaggregate the data by race for each school this fall.
