  4. The benefits of aquatic activity are outlined in the manual. There is a chart to show which exercises help which injury. Aquatic games that incorporate fitness are also listed. Many people have benefited from aquatic activity.

  5. Aquatic exercise is important; however, the activities are not rigorous enough. The different activities provide variety, but they do not provide a good workout for a person that is already in shape.

  6. The website showed all of the advanced and regular rules of swimming. It had links, videos, and pictures of various swimming contests and even of Olympian Michael Phelps. It had many resources.

  7. Catching Fire details the second book of The Hunger Games trilogy. While the movie left out many crucial details from the book, the movie provides an action-packed two hours for movie goers.

  8. Anyone can use the website; it’s very informational and has many links and videos. The website is very user-friendly and contains an abundance of resources that can help with any research paper.

Monsters Universityunlocks the door to how Mike and Sulley overcame their differences and became the best of friends. It’s a joyful movie for all ages.
