  2. Welcome toRedeemer! Welcome to Redeemer as we celebrate the last week of our Advent series. We have prepared our hearts for Christ’s arrival, and now we wait for him to come and reign forever. His coming means life and salvation for the world.

  3. For Our Guests If you have questions, let us try to help. Speak with an usher, greeter, or the person next to you. If you’d like to learn more about Redeemer and its ministry, please talk to Pastor Wolfe or a church member after the service.

  4. Children’s Message Each week, our younger worshipers are invited to the front of church before the sermon hymn to hear a special message for them from Pastor Wolfe.

  6. Prayer before Worship Father in heaven, we praise you today for your abundant gifts. You sent Jesus to atone for the sins of the world, you brought us to faith through your Word, and you keep us in the palm of your hand. Continue to bless us in Christ, Amen.

  8. Special Worship Opportunities Family Christmas Service This afternoon, 4pm Sunday School service with potluck dinner to follow Christmas Eve Candlelight Service Saturday. December 24th, 7pm Service of Lessons & Carols Christmas Day Festival Sunday, December 25th, 9am Festival Service with Communion

  9. Mission of the Month Thailand: Hand- Crafted items for sale

  10. Sunday School Christmas Program This afternoon our Sunday school children will present their Christmas program in a special family Christmas service at 4:00 p.m. A potluck fellowship dinner will be held after the service.

  11. Spreading Christmas Joy Thank you to everyone who contributed to our December food collection Boxes of foods and goods will be delivered to nine families and individuals in need during the coming week.

  12. Voters’ Meetings • Special Voters’ Meeting January 1st after church service to discuss mission commitment • Voters’ Annual Meeting January 15th after worship service • All members are encouraged to come as our leaders share our plans for the work we do in Christ’s name.

  13. New Bible Study Beginning • “God’s Big Book – Past, Present and Forever” • Begins January 8th • History of the Bible: what it is, who wrote it, how it was preserved, why the translation change is such a major issue.

  14. Preschool Open Forum • January 1st after church • Learn and ask questions about possibility of starting preschool ministry at Redeemer
