Advantages of E-Portfolios • Tutors Have Opportunities to Apply AfL Through the Reflective Process • Electronic Facility Increases Flexibility in the Collection of Multi – Media Evidence for ITT Standards • Sharing E-Portfolios With Prospective Employers • Introduction to Foundation Stage Assessment and Learning Platforms

E-Portfolios in the NQT Year? • Lack of Time Prevents NQTs Engaging With E-Portfolios? • Is There a Lack of Confidence in ICT Skills to Develop an E-Portfolio? • Lack of Motivation & Understanding of the Potential of E-Portfolios ? • Is There a Lack of Knowledge About Open Source/Web 2.0 E-Portfolio Tools? • Transfer from Blackboard an Issue? • A project funded by the TDA allowed these points to be explored
