How to do PEAK? 流程檢視及建立 產品管理的各項流程包括現有產品銷售狀況檢討及新產品開發時程管理 (Joanna – Marketing team) 需求管理的各項流程包括銷售計劃的流程及24個月預估需求量計劃流程 (Vicky – Sales team and Sharlin – Shop team) 供應管理的各項流程包括供貨計劃的流程、生產計劃流程及供應商計劃的流程 (Peggy – SC team and Frank – WCF plant) 整合協調各項管理流程包括產品管理、需求管理、供應管理的差異或績效 ,並於MBR會議提報討論結果(Phoebe – Stream leaders)

  5. Class A Assessment A級評量 評量原則： • 工具有效性 • 目標的達成 • 證據(evidence) 四個標準： • 檢測表(37個項目)評分3.5分以上(平均分，每一項都不低3分) • 我們自己覺得已經達到Ａ級 • 顧問公司也覺得我們達到了Ａ級 • 我們的顧客覺得我們達到了Ａ級（根據評分）
