Range of Services Provided • Adult Day Care Programs (365 days a year) • Behavioral Health • Case Management • Dental Care • Diabetes Intervention • Emergency Room Services (24 hrs a day/365 days a year) • Family planning • Health Education • Health Career Training • Health Emergency Liaison Program • Homeless Outreach

Range of Services Provided • Integrated Healing (Weight Management, Chiropractic, Pain Management, Acupuncture) • Laboratory • Mammography • Native Hawaiian Healing (Lomilomi, Ho`oponopono, Laau Kahea, Laau Lapaau) • Nutrition Counseling • Patient Services (to assist with QUEST applications, sliding fee scale payment plans, etc.) • Perinatal Case Management • Pharmacy (Monday through Saturday)

Range of Services Provided • Primary Care Clinics (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics – Monday through Saturday at most clinics with evening hours available) • Radiology/X-Ray (24 hours a day, everyday) • Smoking Cessation • Specialists: General Surgery, Nephrology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Orthopedics, Perinatology, Podiatry, Preventive Medicine, Psychiatry and Psychology • Substance Abuse Treatment • Telemedicine • Transportation • Women, Infant, Children Program (WIC)
