Why not multiple accounts? • Central location • Don’t dilute follower pool • It’s the law (policy) • Easier to control the message • Multiple (trusted) admins provide more content, less time burden • But: Make sure one, central admin monitors all content!
Messaging • Keep your messages consistent. • One message can be spread across multiple platforms. • Reach users on all platforms. • Think: Would automation help?
Recruiting • Saw a need to better explain the job. • RJP “Realistic Job Preview” • Same amount of views as previous recruitment 15% less applicants. Recruitment Sample
