  4. 3. Totalcommitment to God, talking to God and learning to be thankful at all times decreases  any focus on us.

  5. Psalm 34: 1,4,&7 I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. I sought the Lord and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. The Angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.

  6. Psalm 37: 3-5 3 Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. 4 Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him
