Reaction/Comment The Main cause of the automation in the workplace is to find and to meet the employee’s needs; also to improve the office productivity. Prof. Sotto said that: “Nothing in this world is permanent, only the world change”As the real world changes, the office world also change. And in every changes there should have an acceptance. Changes signifies that there is an improvement needed to replace the one already existing to a better one. Therefore, we really need to have an Industrialization and Automation in the office world to increase productivity and to fit for the employee’s needs
