This study explores integrating research skills in module design and assessment to enhance information literacy and academic aspirations among MSc students. Tailored titles, embedding IL sessions, and assessing in manuscript format are part of the approach. The Information Skills Resource Approach includes academic/library partnerships, goal setting, and enhancing technical skills. The outcomes include a 100% pass rate, student publications, motivation, supervisor benefits, and upskilling for final theses preparation. Future plans involve cloning the research skills module and continued collaboration.
