Auburn University Professor Amarjit Mishra Life Journey UNIVERSITY OF GLEN FALLS Professor Amarjit Mishra came to the United States from India in 1980 to pursue his Ph.D. in economics at Syracuse University. After completing his doctorate, he took a position as an assistant professor of economics at Auburn University. He has been teaching at Auburn ever since.

  2. Who is Amarjit Mishra? At Auburn University in Alabama, 42-year-old Amarjit Mishra is an associate teacher. He joined the Department of Pathobiology in the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 and began working there. #1

  3. Professor Mishra's India Upbringing Before coming to America, Amarjit Mishra Auburn University, was born and raised in India. He grew up in a small village in the state of Uttar Pradesh and was educated in one of the oldest universities in India, Aligarh Muslim University.
