Automatic data extraction • When these indicators have been set to Y the system will automatically extract data from the PNR: • PEI Itinerary and TST (dates from the segments and fare from the TST) – set to Y in Scandinavia • PEA Address from the AM-element - set to N in Scandinavia • PEP Phone number from the AP element - set to N in Scandinavia • When these indicators have been set to N all data has to be entered manually • These indicators are set per office by Amadeus Helpdesk

Automatic update of personal preferences • Each sales agent (or the security administrator) can set two preferences, which will handle their preference for a specific provider and for a specific product: • IPV may be updated with the preferred provider code • IPD may be updated with the preferred product code • Example: • JGU/IPV-EUR preferred provider • JGU/IPD-AVB preferred product • To display the preferences set: • JGD/P

Sell insurance policy - >IS • Book an insurance policy based on the information already stored in the PNR:>IS (default provider/product)>IS/AVB (specified product)>IS/P3 (specified passenger) • The system will assign P1 as subscriber by default and the other passengers (if any) will be listed as insurees • If only one or some of the passengers require insurance passenger refererence codes must be specified.When booking families the adults should be specified with passenger reference codes, the number of children is entered in an option (SI-3).

Retrieve PNR • You can retrieve a PNR as follows: • >RTABC123 by record locator • >RT/INS-H by partial passenger name • >RT/INS-HANSEN by passenger name • >RT/INS-123456-H by policy number and name • >RT4 from list of similar names • Travel agencies can also normally retrieve PNRs created by other offices in the same agency chain, as well as office(s) where security agreement is set up

EUR NO Insurance products The following information is normally automatically extracted from the PNR (no need to enter manually): Segment options: • Number of insured persons • Passenger first name/last name • Name of subscriber NM • Travel duration (dates) • Geographical zone ZN • Subscriber address AM Personal options: • Trip value per passenger (cancellation products only) TV

Options – general rules • Segment options: • AM is required for all products • ZN is required for all products except AVB/GRA • FD is required if family discount for HEL/ENK • NM is required if P1 is not subscriber • SI is required for STU • SI is required for HEL/ENK to enter number of children • XR is required for GRA • Personal options: • TV is required for AVB/GRA • BD is required for UNG/ENK/STU/HEL/GRO • PI-NI is required for ENK/UNG/HEL/STU • SI is required for GRO for personal discounts

Informative pricing • Instead of booking directly, you can request price information, by adding /FQ (provisional sale):>IS/FQ (default provider/product)>IS/HEL/FQ (specified product)>IS/FQ/P3-4,6 (specified passengers) • The status code is set to NN instead of HK • There is no confirmation number • There is no TP-element (total price) • You can still modify the booking • /FQ may be added to any IS command

Informative pricing • To modify the informative segment:>4/TV-DKK6000/P1 • You can only modify the segment before confirming it(status code NN) • To confirm the informative segment:>4/BD-01DEC1963/HK/P1 • You can add option(s)/modify the segment and confirm it at the same time • Informative pricing is recommended for multiple passengers if product requires personal options

Warning if status NN • If, after requesting informative pricing, you try to finalize the PNR without confirming the INS-segment, the system will display this warning:>ETWARNING: UNCONFIRMED INSURANCE PRESENT – PLS CONFIRM • Either confirm the segment (changes status to HK) • Or end transact the PNR a second time (will remove the INS-segment)

Multiple passengers • Specific information may be required (or optional) for each passenger, depending on product booked • Discount codes codes for family (PF/PH) • Number of children in family (SI) • Ages required per for all insured persons (BD) • Personal identity number required/optional for all insured persons (ID-NI) • Discount codes in group policies (CPL, CHD, YTH)required to obtain applicable discount (SI) • Destination country and name of school (SI) • A reminder of which options are mandatory/optional is normally returned when using /FQ (informative pricing)

  38. Cancellation • To cancel, simply enter:>XE4 cancel only the specified segmentor>XI cancels the entire PNR • The result depends on the cancellation rules of the booked product. The rules are decided by the provider for each product.NO POLICY HAS BEEN CANCELLED: IGNORE OR CANCEL MODE if cancellation not allowed • Only the responsible office of the PNR may cancel the policy, unless specific security has been set up
