Born November 17, 1955 as Yolanda Denise King • Born in Montgomery, Alabama to Martin Luther King and Coretta Scott King • Younger siblings were Martin Luther King, III, Dexter Scott King, and Bernice AlbertineKing • Attended Smith College, B.A., 1976; New York University, M.F.A., 1979 Early Life
