  3. SILCStatewide Independent Living Council Our goal is to enhance and expand opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in their community.

  4. SILCStatewide Independent Living Council Reasonable Accommodations are means by which people with disabilities have access to participate in their community.

  5. SILCStatewide Independent Living Council Assistive Technologies (A.T.) are devices that increase the functional capabilities of people with disabilities.

  6. SILCStatewide Independent Living Council People with disabilities have direct and practical experience with accommodations and A.T. Include them in the planning process.
