Delivering the Learning • Full-time - two semesters each of 15 weeks (with Xmas/Easter breaks) • 4 Modules at a time • 3 hrs lecture/tutorial/lab + 7 hrs student-centred activity per module per week • Assessment 70% Coursework - many student-driven • Part-time - half the contact, twice the length • Optionally Two Evenings or day release • But Two evenings hard to sustain

Smart things to learn • For a 5-10 year career doing nothing but • 1994 - learn HTML and then Javascript • 1997 - learn Dreamweaver and/or competitor products • 2000 - be able to manage content - at first with ASP/JSP, but off-the-shelf solutions • 2003 - ?
