Probate a Will

A Will Probate is a legal process of proving the validity of a Will in the court. Once the grant of probate is issued the Will is then accepted as a public document which is legitimately the last testament of the deceased. Thus, the Will in the process of the probate has to be examined thoroughly before the estate of the deceased is distributed amongst the beneficiaries by the administrator or the executor.
