  1. Anti-Virus Guard aka AVG is one of the most acknowledged antivirus software providers worldwide. Developed by AVG Technologies, a subsidiary of Avast it provides security solutions for Windows, macOS, and Android. When your purchase an AVG subscription whether for a year or 3 years, it will continue even after your subscription ends. At that time you will be billed again for your next subscription 15 days before your current subscription ends. You’ll also start getting notifications about it to your email 45 days prior to your next subscription. If you do not wish to continue to your current subscription of AVG, you’ll need to cancel it manually.

  2. To cancel your AVG subscription, follow the steps given below: • Open myaccount.avg.com on your desktop browser and then enter your email and password to log in to AVG MyAccount. If you haven’t had any account on MyAccount you need to create it first by using your email which you provided at the time of your AVG product purchase. • After you successfully get logged into AVG MyAccount, you need to click on My Products right on the top of the page. • Now, you’ll be able to see your AVG product listed on that page, click on the arrow right in front of your product name to get details of your subscription.

Click on Cancel Subscription tab below the description of your product. • After the pop-up appears to confirm the annulment of subscription, click on Cancel Subscription. • Note that by following the above steps, you’ll not be able to use your AVG product after the completion of your current activation. The cancellation of the products will terminate the next subscription and will not affect your current activation.
