  4. Revision Q&A • What is the name of the first element? • Clearly identify your own role in work practices and the role of others means? • How can we do this? • What does SWOB stand for (or mean)?

Revision Q&A • Identify areas for improvement to work practices, services or products • It means that we really understand our role, position and what we produce in our jobs and also for others • By job descriptions, feedback, self reflections and SWOB • Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Barriers

Exam Revision In small groups read and understand this case study • You have started a new job in a café that has been run by a family for the last 20 years • You realise that nothing much has changed over the last 20 years, as they have an old fashioned cash register, out dated décor and menu and take the orders by hand, they don’t do any marketing and wonder why the business is failing • How and when would you suggest changes to improve the business
