IEDSS Monthly Are You Ready? Go Live is April 29, 2019 February 2019 IEDSS Rollout • Wave 1 • 7/29/19 IEDSS Training has begun! • The first training classes started February 11, 2019. • As of February 28, 2019, over 1,000 staff have registered for the Eligibility course and approximately 400 have completed the Eligibility course. • Pilot registration will close on March 18 as the focus shifts to Wave 1 training registration. • Deloitte and State trainers have been providing support and bridging the gap between system and business processes as we prepare for the “go-live” for Regions 8 and 10. • Pilot: 4/29/19 • Wave 2 • 9/30/19 Questions? Road Map to IEDSS Did you know? The Eligibility Crosswalk Reference Material (located in the IEDSS How To Help tool) maps IEDSS pages to ICES screens for Eligibility. Road Map to IEDSS Examples of how ICES screens will translate to IEDSS: AEIIM, AEISA, and AEISS Screens Unearned Income – Details Page Education – Details Page AEFUI Screen Bridge the Gap:the Absent Parent screens in ICES is known as the Non-Custodial Parent sub-module in IEDSS Bridge the Gap: From the Search sub-module in IEDSS, you can search for the client using multiple search options, such as SSN, client name, or case number. This is similar to using the IQ screens in ICES. Bridge the Gap:The Relationship-Details page in IEDSS captures relationship and tax information similar to AEIHH and AEITX in ICES.
