Promotion Overview • Designed to boost Visa card growth in-branch • Educate employees on Visa credit and debit card products • Help employees proactively sell and cross-sell Visa credit and debit cards • Employees receive a chance to win a prize whenever they help members apply for a new Visa card • Branch materials provided to motivate employees • FullyfundedbyPSCUandVisa

Promotion Details • Enrollment deadline is June 13, 2014 • Promotion runs from September 1 – October 31, 2014 • This promotion is all about your branch employees • Helps strengthen their Visa product knowledge • Gives them the tools to be confident in selling Visa cards • Branch managers are encouraged to set goals for their staff and promote the campaign with fun activities • Managers should refresh their staff on your credit union’s card benefits • Online training is available for all employees

Instant Win Game • Employees receive scratch card • For every credit application taken • For every referral that leads to a credit application • For every new debit card opened (if applicable) • Manager distributes scratch card to employees • Employees scratch card to reveal a prize or “no prize” • 50 - 50 chance of winning a prize • Employees receive prize if card is a “winner” • Prize pool includes: • Gift cards of $10 value • Gift cards of $5 value • Gift cards of $1 value

Manager Responsibilities • Hold promotion kick-off at your branch • Schedule online training for all branch employees • Encourage employees to complete the training • Help educate employees on your Visa card products • Get employees excited about winning prizes • Give “winners” recognition • Keep employees motivated • Create friendly competition • Distribute prizes for applications taken • You should track applications taken and prizes distributed

Branch Kits • Branch Kit is distributed to each participating branch • Sent directly to branch managers • Kit contains - • Branch Manager’s Guide • Poster for break room • Lay by Cards for employee reference • Scratch Off Instant Win Game Cards • Prizes* • Additional kits are available if needed *Prizes are subject to change based on merchant availability

Online Training • Each employee will be given access to the Visa online training site developed by Advisors Plus • Training consists of 4 classes (CU decides which apply) • Visa Consumer Credit • Visa Consumer and Business Credit • Visa Consumer Debit • Visa Consumer and Business Debit • Online training course is self-paced • Should take between 15 – 45 minutes to complete • Employee takes quiz at end of training course • Receives music download code upon successful completion

Why Participate? • There is no cost to participate. • PSCU and Visa have funded all materials, prizes and training. • Great way to educate your employees on the benefits of your Visa cards. • Create fun and excitement at your branches (including call centers, loan departments and customer service areas) • Contact your PSCU Account Executive for more information about the promotion.
