  4. Other CIP ACTIVITIES • Playing host to trainees of MINDS and residents of another community • Helping MINDS to raise funds through sale of their handicrafts • P4 CIP Camp – game stalls for lower Primary pupils on 27 May

AREAS TO BE USED: • IBC – Opening ceremony and game stalls • Lobby and spine, near Green Rosyth, visitor’s area, Macdonald tables- • Reception, Wall of Fame, Down Memory’s lane – photo gallery, craft stations • Outdoor game stations – field, Parade Square, Hall • AVA room, Lecture Theatre – Game Clinics

  13. PUBLICITY • Publicity is done through http://silveratrosyth.wikispaces.com • Sending out to former students through emails, poster is being designed by a former student. Tickets are being designed, printing to be done by parent volunteers; • Selling of tickets in 10th week and 1st week of Term 3

PREPARATION • Coupons, publicity, invitations - T2, wks 7 and 8 • Preparation for stalls and stations - banners, rules, token prizes etc T2, wks 9 n 10 • Publicity and sale of tokens - T2, wk 10 • Debate preparation – teams, training, preliminary rounds T2, Wks 9 and 10 and Hols, wk 1 • Training of pupils for reception, announcements - T2, wk 10, Hols wk 1 • Souvenirs for pupils in GE – cap and water bottle • Printing of bottled mineral water -T2, wk 10 • Food – liaise with canteen • Stalls by pupils and teachers – kachang puteh, ice-cream and iced bottled water - T2, wk 10 • Invitation Cards and souvenir for GOH - T2, wk 10
